Individual owners will also have the option to upgrade their unit up to 1GB service through a subscription with IPacket at an additional cost paid directly by the homeowner. Additionally, the new system will bring the building into compliance with the Ray Baum Act, which requires phone systems to provide dispatchable location information when making calls to 911. You or your guests may contact Ipacket with any wifi issues or general questions anytime at 1-877-912-1550.*

Announcement Golf and Motorcycle ParkingThe HOA has implemented designated Golf Cart and Motorcycle parking areas at Harbourgate Resort. These areas are located on the swing bridge side of the covered parking area and are to be utilized strictly for golf cart and motorcycle parking only. If you own a golf cart or motorcycle and keep it at Harbourgate you need to park in these designated areas moving forward.

This is an attempt to free up some parking spaces as well as keep these vehicle types in the same area.
