From Monday November 30th through Monday December 21st the Palmetto Water Park will be closed for Renovations but the Palms Water Park will be open for use. The Palms Water Park has 3 hot tubs, lap pool, bucket drop, silly sub and 2 slides (4ft Hgt Requirement).

NOTICE OF 2020 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the general membership (all property owners) of Pan American Property Owners’ Association, Inc., “PA”, will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 commencing at 10:00 a.m. and concluding by 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be broadcast LIVE over the internet via ZOOM and specific login instructions are included in this official Annual Meeting Notice.
You may attend via the internet utilizing ZOOM. In order to attend via ZOOM, you must have access to and must be registered in the PA owner database located on the RAM website www.ramresorts.com. Please make sure you are registered in the PA owner database no later than November 9, 2020.
It has been decided that due to COVID-19 and for operating efficiency the existing Board of Directors will be maintained until the 2021 annual meeting which we expect to be an in-person meeting.

You may also find these documents in the PA section of the RAM website under “Notices”. As the scheduled annual meeting date and time approaches, other documents will be posted to the website for your consideration.
In order to establish a quorum for PA to hold an official annual meeting The Proxy Statement / Voting Certification Form must be completed and returned to the RAM office by November 20, 2020. In the event that more than one person owns your unit, each owner must sign the form certifying that you are the voting member entitled to vote as required by the Bylaws, Article II, section 2. If your unit is owned by a corporation, the President/Vice President and Secretary must sign the form certifying that you are the voting member. If your unit is owned by an LLC, the managing member(s) must sign the form certifying that you are the voting member. Your vote cannot be counted in establishing a quorum if you do not return the proxy and voting member certification form.
We regret that due to the restrictions of this format there will be no live questions, discussions or voting on motions during the meeting other than the approval of the prior year’s annual meeting minutes by the Board. The Boards’ responses to your previously submitted “2020 Dunes/Pan American HOA Topics for Discussion” have been posted to the PA website and are included as an attachment to this communication. There will be a review of the proposals for 2021 and you may submit comments by email after the meeting to RAM.
Any updates relevant to prior questions will be announced at the Annual Meeting. Thank you for your understanding and kind cooperation.
