This is to be used by owners and guests while onsite in units or in common areas such as the sun deck and pool decks.  Guests and owners can use this network to access the internet using the following devices :  smart phones, tablets, ipads, and laptops

This Network password MUST NOT be given out to guests. This network is to be used by owners only to access their WIFI Smart Locks or other cloud based devices. Please call the RAM Office for the password.  843-449-2204. 
 
A 3rd Network has been created for owners to set up the Roku devices and Stream TV.

This Network is for owners to set up thier Roku devices and Stream TV only.  We have attached a step by step attachment for your convenience.  If you have issues with the Spectrum Enterprise TV app you may call Sprectrums support line at 866-536-7676

The Caravelle Resort HOA's contracted security company (AP Security) has updated their communication process.  Please review the following information. 
The new dispatch number is 866-332-0911 should the number above not answer. This number will be answered 24 hours a day. This line is used to report security issues on the property that the on-duty security officer will respond to. The dispatch number will be used for all of the properties they service so it is important for the caller to specify what property they are calling from and provide as much information as possible about the issue.
Please note that if you call the dispatch number outside of the normal guard hours then dispatch will not be able to assist you.  You will need to call the appropriate emergency service for assistance or call back during security shift hours which is 2pm-6am.
